friendly staff delicious breakfast missing kettle small yard

the staff was super friendly. hafid and hafsa. the breakfast served on the rooftop was delicious and well balanced, a great way to take in the morning sun!!!

i noticed there was no kettle in the room. also, the yard of the riad seemed quite small

city tax no kettle

the hosts were friendly. they were very good too help when the company for my hot air balloon trip did not turn up one morning. the staff very quickly arranged an alternative trip for me so i was still able to go.

the city tax at check out surprised me. also, i wanted to make tea in my room, but there was no kettle. (i do love a good cup of tea).

luxurious oasis beautiful roof

the riad had five rooms creating a luxurious atmosphere after exploring the city. mohammed and the team proved friendly and helpful.. they ensured i felt well looked after. the roof terraces were beautiful. breakfast offered a fantastic start to the day with great choices.

the riad courtyard seemed quite small.

the staff members were eager. Hafid taught us about the local culture. The riad arranged a taxi from the airport. It made arrival stress-free. The food was good (especially the beef tagine!). Our room opened onto the rooftop. It was like a private terrace.

The room's ac did not work that well. The yard of the riad is small. Breakfast did not have much variety. It repeated every day. I could not talk during midnight. The reception asked us to be quiet. There was no kettle in the room.

the rooftop terrace had fabulous views. the room were clean and i find it very cute. the staff provided quick responses on whats app and this were very helpful.

the ac don't work very well. the breakfast didn't have much variety, its the same every day. we were asked to be quiet during midnight, even though we were just talking.

the rooftop with its sun beds and pool was acceptable.

The room lacked a kettle, which i really needed. city tax at checkout was a surprise. late night talking was restricted. The reception asked us to be quiet when we were just talking.

mixed feelings about my stay

poor air conditioning missing kettle

the included breakfast was acceptable, though nothing special.

I found several issues. the air conditioning barely functioned (this was especially frustrating since the weather was hot). there was also no kettle in the room. A major inconvenience when i wanted a quick cup of tea.
